RETURNS & REFUNDS.

1. Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or jewellery unless faulty.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you require a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
